Terms of Service

Snap Up Automation (“the Service”) is operated by Pragmateia LLC on behalf of SNAPUP PARTNERS. By using the Service — whether by commenting on an @shop_snapup Instagram post, paying via the Stripe link delivered by the Service, or receiving a Direct Message generated by the Service — you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service automates parts of Snap Up’s buyer-checkout workflow on Instagram. It does not sell goods directly. All purchases are between the buyer and Snap Up; the Service only facilitates checkout link delivery and reconciliation steps.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase via a link generated by the Service.

3. Purchases

Stripe processes all payments. Stripe’s Terms of Service apply to your payment. All sales of items listed on @shop_snapup are subject to Snap Up’s posted policies on item availability, returns, and pickup. The Service is not the merchant of record for any purchase.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. Pragmateia LLC and SNAPUP PARTNERS are not liable for missed purchases, delayed Direct Messages, or technical failures of Instagram, Stripe, or any third-party processor.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. If you wish to opt out of receiving automated Direct Messages, simply do not comment on @shop_snapup posts.
