How to request deletion of your data from Snap Up Automation

Snap Up Automation processes Instagram comment and message data to deliver Stripe payment links to buyers. If you would like all data we hold about you removed from our system, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Email diego.perez@pragmateia.com with:

Subject: Snap Up Automation — Data Deletion
Your Instagram username (so we can locate your records)

What happens next

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will email you when deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Any cached comment events, Instagram user IDs, or message records associated with your account in our processing logs.
Any reconciliation records linking your Instagram username to a Stripe payment.

Note: Stripe payment records held by Stripe directly are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Snap Up’s own retention obligations as the merchant of record.
